The Need
Office management methodology in the ICT-computer aided environment has become more complex. The various strata of planning and decision making for effective performance has also become complex and broaden. The best strategies are in the short-cut templates that offer visible alternative solution packages to every operational challenge. This course will teach participant’s how to help themselves and the top management of organizations with easy-to-know and apply planning and decision making solutions towards corporate and individual goals.
Objectives: – At the end of the Workshop
- Participants will become familiar with current developed solution softwares to facilitate their office management strategies, effective planning and decision making processes.
- Learn more about data processing, office information management systems, managing the top executive office for result.
- Participants will also interact and cross fertilize ideas on how best to apply easy-to-learn, easy-to-use methods of modern office machines and equipment’s, to enhance planning and decision making process.

Workshop Fee US$1000 per person.
Workshop fee cover coffee/tea break, lunch, tuition and tutorial materials, practical, group photograph and certificate. Participants are to bear personal cost of lodging and transportation.
